I had the best stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to assist me with any questions or requests I had. The restaurant on-site served delicious food and the menu had a great variety of options to choose from.

Very small rooms, 3 single beds room is in fact the same as double room with one more very small temporary bed.

Ease of access, free internet and good breakfast.

The room had a nice view from the window and was spacious enough for a romantic escape. The bed was comfortable and clean. The location was convenient, close to a big mall and easy to reach by car. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good selection of pastries.

The hotel was quite dated and in need of renovation. The staff was not very friendly and seemed uninterested in making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is just on the French/Swiss Border and ideal for visiting Geneva. Next to a shopping mall and fast food outlet it is a good base at a reasonable price.

Far from the city. Difficult to reach by car. Ventilation in bathroom is very slow. The steam after shower is keeping in the room for the long time.

Convenient location, good value for money, friendly staff. During my recent city trip, I stayed at a hotel that was located conveniently close to shopping and dining options. I was pleasantly surprised by the good value for money, as my room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel was located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

Noise levels, lackluster breakfast. the downside was the noise levels, which could be quite disruptive at times.

Hotel staff are very kind and helping. Breakfast and dinner are of good local food. The location is junction of highways and hotel is situated with the shopping center where you can also do a quick shopping. Alternatively, the Arve river is aside and you can do a nature walking.

Not a complaint, but plan your travel carefully, without a car or taxi, the arrival could be a bit tricky.

They had no record of my booking when I arrived, late and tired. The food in the restaurant was poor.

Convenient Location but Noise is a Major Issue

The hotel is conveniently located right off the A40 highway, making it a convenient choice for travelers going to and from Geneva. it is situated next to a large shopping center, offering guests easy access to shopping and dining options.

Noise can be a major issue at this hotel. Thin walls and a connecting door between rooms make it difficult to enjoy a peaceful sleep.

This hotel is not anywhere near the airport and getting a taxi is next to impossible. We tried to take the combinations of trains and buses from the airport to the hotel and it took 3 hours, with us finally having to take a taxi. We asked the front desk staff to reserve a taxi for us for the next morning at 5 am, but that taxi never showed up. We tried desperately to flag down one, but this city seems to not have enough taxis or they don't stop for people. The hotel staff doesn't arrive until late, so we couldn't get anyone to help us call the company and there was no information about taxi companies in the room or how to make international phone calls. When we did finally get a taxi company on the phone, some only service the france side of geneva, or the swiss. It cost 80 swiss francs for the 20 min taxi ride.

A great place to stay en route to the ski slopes

The entry into the hotel from the main road is confusing to find.
